It's been monsoon season here in LA over the last few days. I haven't seen rain like this - well - ever. I took a few pictures last night of the flooding around my apartment last night in the dark, but none of them turned out. The water was only there for a few minutes before draining away. The problem wasn't clogged sewer grates, simply volume.

Economists who subscribe to the self-interest model are more likely to engage in selfish behavior themselves.
