Fairfax blog update! The same panhandler that I blogged about back in July has now caused his very first(?) traffic accident. While ambling back to the sidewalk this afternoon, he forced a guy in the silver SUV to slam on the brakes. The SUV was rear-ended by another car (no doubt following too close due to the panhandler-caused traffic jam). Before the cops showed up, the panhandler took off.

I feel like a spy taking pictures through the office window - only I'm spying on boring everyday stuff.
