Bush v. Salmon

In a big "fuck you" to environmentalists (that's you, Galen), Bush plans to remove "critical habitat" status for more than 80% of the currently-protected streams and rivers on the West Coast. Bottom line? Salmon habitat will only be protected where the fish are today, not where they were historically.
